• We reserve the right to preserve the pictures taken in our studio.
• Softcopy is also one of our product which also has a cost. It shall be provided against payment.
• Softcopy may not be exactly as same as the printed copy as our printer automatically edits and beautifies the image before printing.
• For unforeseen and reasons beyond our control, delivery date or time may be shifted.
• Every time you reprint the colour and the tone may differ for various reasons. Accepting this reality please order for reprint.
• We don’t charge extra for any urgent order. On request we sometimes deliver instantly but that will also depends on our availability and the length of order in queue. Therefore we request for your patience after you place an order even if it is urgent.
• Payment shall be made in full while placing an order.
• We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to materials after expiry date of 30 days from the given date of delivery.
• Accidental loss or damage of materials are regretted and maybe replaced if locally available.
• We do not accept any orders on phone.

• All prices are subject to change without any prior notice and are not guaranteed, except that prices for an order that have been already accepted by us.
